The move affords both companies the opportunity to better serve existing clients by offering a more comprehensive menu of services, through a larger complement of qualified professionals who are focused on delivering the best in data security and IT services throughout the dental industry.

 Founded in 1995, Prime Networks has provided professional IT services, disaster recovery services, network design and installations, digital imaging integrations, and new construction, remodeling, and relocations services to hundreds of clients in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, New York, and Pennsylvania.

This move will afford the Prime Network client base to take advantage of the corporate and technical infrastructures that are in place at MBS and provide a streamlined customer service environment to enhance their IT needs and investments. Employees of both companies will merge and no layoffs are expected during this transition.
